The video was posted on the Facebook page of Glamour, which seemingly copied it from the Dirty Dancing 30th Anniversary Edition DVD.
The white-hair woman commenting is screenwriter Eleanor Bergstein.
The brunette woman commenting is actress Kelly Bishop, who played Marjorie Houseman.
=====
In this video, Bergstein explains that Baby Houseman wanted to go to Washington DC to attend the March on Washington (where Martin Luther King gave his "I Have a Dream" speech), which took place on August 28, 1963. Baby's parents apparently were concerned that the events in Washington DC might turn violent, and so they made her go instead to the Kellerman resort during the period from August 10 through September 2, 1963.
The following video shows scenes deleted from the final movie. The segment from 4:17 to 5:11 shows Baby as the only family member voting against the trip to Kellerman's.
